At Annie's Furniture Art, we are truly devoted to taking on custom commissions that allow us to restore or craft luxurious, one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture that are meticulously tailored to meet our clients' specific needs and desires. Whether you are interested in having an antique family heirloom restored to its original glory or seeking to have a vintage piece creatively upcycled and redesigned, we're here to provide our expert assistance and guidance every step of the way.

How does it work?

1. Get in touch

First of all you can contact us via our contact page we will endeavour to respond to your inquiry within twenty four hours. Alternatively, you can telephone us directly on 07841459493 for a chat about what work you would like undertaking.

It is useful to send some photographs if you are looking to have an existing piece you have restored or upcycled.

If you need a piece of furniture sourcing for you, we can discuss your requirements and source the perfect piece for you.

2. Book your slot

I will send you a quote once we have discussed your restoration or upcycling commission.

If you decide to proceed, a £200 booking deposit will be required to secure your slot (this will be deducted form the final cost) Your job will then be booked into my diary. If a courier is required to collect and deliver your furniture, this will be organised by us and included in your quotation.

3. Work begins!

Prior to the start of the work on your furniture, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total price of your piece (to cover the cost of materials) once payment is received, the work will commence.

You will receive regular updates on the progress through out the process.

4. On Completion

On completion, you will receive a final invoice for all works. Once the payment has been settled, A courier will be arranged to deliver your piece. You will also be sent photos of the completed job.

Your furniture will be thoroughly packaged for safe transit and you will be given care instructions.

* Once the design has been finalised and the deposit paid, if you wish to change anything to the agreed works or design this may incur additional costs and increase the lead time.
* I provide a limited number of monthly commissions to ensure that yours and other clients pieces are completed on time. If you wish to delay your commission for whatever reason, you must reserve a new commission slot (this is not deductible against the total cost).
